3. Products and descriptions
- We sell women’s apparel and accessories, including dresses, tops, trousers, outerwear and selected accessories.
- All items are new.
- We take care to describe and photograph products accurately, but colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings, and measurements may differ by a small tolerance between production batches.
- If a product you ordered is out of stock after purchase, we will contact you and offer an alternative, a backorder or a full refund.
4. Prices, currency and taxes
- All prices are shown and charged in USD (US Dollars).
- Prices may change without notice; the price applicable to your order is the price displayed at checkout.
- For international shipments, import duties, customs fees and local taxes (if any) may be levied by the destination country. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
5. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract of sale is formed when we send you an order confirmation / dispatch email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where we suspect fraud, pricing errors, unavailability, or a breach of these Terms. If an order is cancelled after payment, we will issue a full refund.
6. Payment
We accept payment through PayPal. By choosing this method, you authorise us (via PayPal) to charge the total amount of your order. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method chosen. We do not store your card details.
7. Shipping, risk and delivery
- Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days; during peak periods or for made-to-order pieces, dispatch may take longer and we will notify you by email.
- We ship internationally with tracked services. Estimated delivery is 7–20 business days from dispatch, depending on destination and customs clearance.
- Complimentary standard shipping applies to orders over USD $100.
- Risk of loss passes to you when the parcel is handed to the carrier for delivery to your shipping address. If a parcel is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to trace it and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied by the customer.
8. Returns, refunds and exchanges
Returns, refunds and exchanges are handled in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
9. Customer disputes and chargebacks
We aim to resolve every issue amicably. If you are unhappy with an order, please contact us at [email protected] before opening a dispute or chargeback with your payment provider, so that we can offer a replacement, exchange or refund.
